It sounds delicious Courton. I will try it with my next lamb roast.

Goldfish, that's it! I have given the recipe to so many people and I lost the recipe. Thank you so much!

You're most welcome, Courton . . . I still can't eat red meat thanks to a tick induced allergy . . but this certainly does sound delicious!!

Judy I'm with you on loving bread. Bread and soup would do me for most meals in the cooler weather.
Gert I love you bread. Chookie did you bake your scones in the AF?

I was thinking the other day GF that you must be feeling better as you are back on here more often.  Do you think  you ever wii be rid of the allergy?

Gorgeous bread, Gert. Lovely scones, Chookie. I will give you lots of warning before I drop in 😁

Mich, how do you make that delicious looking chicken in slow cooker?

Looks great BZB. So which was easier, TMX or Kitchenaid?

The KitchenAid was a tad easier, as I didn't have to deal with the blades. Tangzhong dough is very sticky.

Hi  Denise ... It's hard to say..  I try a single  bite now and then but more than that and i still get a reaction.  It would be nice if it did finally disappear but we'll just have to wait and see ,,,,,,

Oh yes I remember the lasagna. Didn't Hally try something in a Bundt tin too?

Gert

Yep she did in the tupperware ring. It was great when I turned it out but while cooking it lost its shape. :)

I hope to make an autumn cake today.  Made it a few years ago and have found the recipe again, it was nice, has sweet potato and zuchini in it. Will post if successful with thermi.

That sounds lovely Denise. I love recipes that have hidden veggies as we have 2 fussy GK's.

This thread is such an inspiration.

I have already made a delicious jam today. Went to get jam from the fridge to put on toast this morning and there was none :o.
After a quick check found 3 plums and a large apple that looked a bit tired, and half a lemon. All went into the thermie with some rapadura. By the time I had emptied the dishwasher and let the chooks out there was delicious jam to have on 5 seed bread toast. :)

Instant jam, way to go Gayle.  I would have just gone to the pantry and picked up the vegemite  :D  I am so lazy in the morning when it comes to breakfast.

I am making lentil and bacon soup at the moment and then minestrone as DH loves having soup in the freezer. Scottish square sliced sausage next and maybe cheesey tuna strudels. I assume these will freeze well?
Need to shop for Mother's Day lunch so if I have time later I will make a start on that.
