Gorgeous cupcakes. I love the colours.

I made some Chookie bread, and a Fruit tea cake. I soaked the fruit in Banana Bake tea overnight. I have promised the T2 girls a taste ..

It is lovely and moist.

I can't believe it, but the biscuit barrel is almost empty again. I have replenished it with choccy bickies. I made mint choc chip biscuits (will post the recipe soon) and Fudgy wudgy biscuits http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4160.0

I have also embraced the new challenge and made two of Chookie's recipes. Dinner was her surperb salmon in Chaimeh sauce http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12400.0

I also have her milk and honey bread in the oven as we are completely out of bread. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4279.0

I made my usual porridge for breakfast

The Banana Bread from the EDC for morning and afternoon tea.  Had an accident with it, sometime my hands let me down,  as I was bringing it out of the oven to check if it was cooked,  I dropped it on its side,  definitely not fully cooked as the Centre began pouring out.  I had lined the tin with baking paper,  turned the cake upright and let the mixture run back onto the cake and put it back into the oven.  It doesn't look very good but tastes delicious.

Made Potato and Leek soup from the EDC for lunch,  couldn't manage bread as I was too tired.

Cooked Honey Mustard Chicken for dinner.

Very proud of myself as that is the most cooking in one day that I have managed for a very long time :)

Well done Penny. Be careful with that hot stuff.  These mishaps will happen but the outcome still tasted great so all good. Good to see you here.

You've cooked up a storm Penny. Good that you were able to save the banana bread.

Penny my hands are pretty well in working order but I admit to having done that. Not a pretty sight but still tasty.

Well done Penny.
Cookie, interesting cake.
We had a visitor for lunch today.  He and Ral ate nearly all the Hazelnut Ice cream.  Had to make another lot.
