No worries. It is a Cookie1 version of a Yoke Mardewi recipe using Chookie's starter. It takes a couple of days but not a lot of actual work and I was impressed.   ;D ;D :D. Probably later today.

Rolls look delicious, Cookie!

Made some choc muffins and cheese puffs for boys' afternoon tea. They each have a friend coming over. Muffins baked in oven and cheese puffs in airfryer.

We had hip hop start back today so I made lemon curd thumbprint cookies, cherry jam thumbprint cookies, date and cacao bliss balls, brownies, chocolate melting moments with peppermint cream, caramel macadamia slice and a variation of magic bean cake, this time coconut and lemon. Kids and parents were all very hungry so it nearly all got eaten.

BZB, you've been busy baking too. They muffins look yummy.
I had some tomatoes looking a little sad in the fruit bowl, so I made a slow roasted tomato sauce. Since the oven was on, I decided to bake some biscuits and Isi's Portuguese bread. I toasted some oats for Isi's oatmeal cookies http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2837.0, and whilst they were cooling, I made Dede's choc chip biscuits http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=5405.0 replacing the choc chips with some dark chocolate ginger that we had been given some time ago which I blitzed into small pieces. I also made Dan Lepard 's cranberry and chocolate chip biscuits http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=9104.0.
I now need to add flour, brown sugar, choc chips, butter and oats to the shopping list!
