Looks good Chookie, how much did you make - 1 or 2 litres?

Made 1 litre.  Will post. process if anyone interested.  Could probably make it in small Thermoserver or thermos.   2 litres is too much for us so did a little research and this is what I came up with. Just a little softer than the original that I used.   Very easy. I am straining some to make a spread / dip with spring onions, little garlic and some herbs.

Yes please would love your recipe for the yoghurt.
The spread /dip sound lovely.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Raspberry and white choc chip muffins - using rice milk and dairy free white choc buttons
honey & spice biscuits - using rice milk and nuttelex in place of milk and butter

I made some naan today also, Matt Preston's quick recipe.  1 cup low fat Greek yoghurt 2 cups SR flour. Kneaded for 6 minutes. Rolled into 18 apricot sized balls, rolled out into a  thin oval and  cooked in a hot dry frypan. It was very nice and I will make it again because of its ease and low cal count. I added nigella seeds when rolling out.  Sorry I didn't take a photo, will do next time.
