Astarra what was the roll recipe... They looked so light. Your link took me to cloud dough for playing with... Or am I mixed up?

DJ, the link was meant to be for the cloud dough to play with!!  ;) :D

The bread recipe I use is one my mum gave me and I have no idea where she got it from so have not wanted to put it on the forum for fear of claiming someone elses recipe.... but if it will be ok I am more than happy to share my recipe and method...

My latest cooking

2 loaves bread, no photos

1 meat pie which I managed to drop on the floor :o

1 egg & bacon pie that seems to have lost a bit of cheese.

1 batch of Ham, Cheese & Zucchini scrolls - no photo

1 strawberry cheese cake slice, I used CP Mum's Pineapple Cheesecake recipe
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Yum Mab. That pie looks good considering you dropped it.
Astarra your rolls are some of the best I've seen on here. You simply must post the recipe.
Getting ready for the weekend......cookies beetroot and Parmesan dip and chookies Swedish icecream cheesecake.

Made Chookies quiche for dinner; steak for DH as he doesn't like quiche. Need to find some suitable trays to make one person size quiche (other than muffin ones). It was delicious by the way.

Did some cooking to relax today. Made strawberry sauce, strawberry conserve, tomato relish, easy cumquat ginger marmalade (wasn't really easy, was a bit of a pain ???) and my favourite bread in the mini slow cooker.
