Salad and rolls look delicious.
On Saturday, we watched the grand final with friends and I made Swans curd tarts and hawks choc banana tarts. I made a vegan choc mousse with avocado and no one detected the avocado which surprised me as my kids are getting very good at finding my hidden ingredients. (They picked the cauliflower purée masquerading as mashed potato in last nights lamb neck casserole) I'm afraid the photo is not the final dessert as I put them together at home, but DH drove and they got a bit smashed up on the way....

Oh, and I made some Parkin. I've also been playing with a recipe  for pumpkin bread, but I covered it with a damp tea towel instead of oiled glad wrap, and the dough stuck to the tea towel and it deflated before I got it into the oven. I will try again

Well I thought I would get busy so, did a spreadable butter, normal butter, mulberry ice cream, Apple loaf and muesli slice. Also finding time for housework!

Love the food ladies. I have made Tenina's Potato and Rye loaf from her blog. It is in the oven at the moment. Tenina suggested 2 tablespoons of yeast but I thought this was an error and used 2 teaspoons. It seems to have risen well.
Next time I don't think I will do this free form, perhaps in a casserole dish. I love the flavour.
              

I contacted Tenina and the 2 tablespoons of yeast is correct.
