Carrot balls, uncooked.  These contain nuts,  but think nut could be replaced with seeds and chia.

They look great Chookie. The Wholefood Simply blog use rolled oats to replace nuts in their balls, it works well.

No added sugar,  but sweet from dates and fruit.  I have posted recipe.

Stuffed capsicum - I got the four capsicums for $1.50 but they needed to be used.

Kale chips - the first time I've made them and they are very nice. Youngest DSD coming over this afternoon will see what she thinks of them.

DD and I did some baking today. I have a loaf of bread in the oven, but we also made Minecraft shaped biscuits, cranberry and Choc chip biscuits, strawberry jam, date crumble slice and an almond choc slice.
