Jen my Worcestershire sauce was OK but I will try the one on here as that has good reports and see if I like it better. The first batch wont be wasted though as I love the stuff.

Had a box of plums (4 kg) given to me today so tonight it has all been about plums  ;D  Only 10 left for the fruit bowl.

Kimmy's plum sauce

EDC plum jam

CP's stewed plums

A version of Isi's plum liqueur (using vodka instead of schnapps).  I used the steamed fruit, lightly mashed to make some plum crumbles, left one uptopped hoping to show the texture but I don't think it's that clearly defined.

Today I've made a dozen mini chocolate mousses and a golden gaytime cheesecake from TRTLMT website (with gluten free flour in the biscuit base, as MIL is GF).

It's DH's birthday on Monday and we are having a birthday lunch with his family tomorrow at McLaren Vale. I'm bringing the desserts.

I've also made Nan's curried tuna rice pie for our dinner tonight - it's one of DH's favourites and he requested I make it.

There are plums in the Fast and Easy Tomato Ketchup recipe CP. ;)

I have the recipe out to make when the next load of plums comes in CC - 120 g plums to 400 g tomatoes. The UK version is slightly different to our EDC - that has more garlic and an onion.  Might have to do both versions to see which I prefer.

I make fruit buns all year round Kimmy. Your Hot Cross Buns look delicious. As do the scrolls. I'll have to check that recipe.
I've made bread today. ( no one mentioned that we were out until this morning)  :-))
I've also made a Fruit and Macadamia slice. It's lovely. Full of different dried fruits. I will post the recipe.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
