Clever Uni and Denise your cake looks lovely. I love your cake coolers too.
I've made a batch of Maddy's Cheese and Bacon rolls. They will be when finished anyway. Having them with soup for lunch. Perfect for a 30 degree day.  ;D

Making Quirky Jo's Baked Beans tonight, will cook some Thermie poached eggs and toast some Quinoa Bread that's in the freezer from last loaf I made.
All the cakes look beautiful!
I made a Raw Raspberry Cheesecake with  Choc nut crust from Wholefood Simply site. It has been in the freezer for about 2.weeks, we will have done for dessert tonight.
It really is delicious! I'm hopeless at taking pics, but it is on her website, and it turned out just her picture.

As well as lunch I have stewed some apples, made a custard pie, ( I hope it sets) and yoghurt is being made now.

Just gf sausage rolls today  :P
Still need to get the gf pastry to taste ok....tho the girls scoffed them down without any complaints.  :)

For those that were interested in the connection between eating a gf diet and arthritis; well.... DH told me that after just 3 days of starting gf eating, his pain was noticeably lessened, and now after 10 or so days, he has stopped limping (he has not been able to walk without a limp for a good 3years now.) And, as a side effect, we have also found his dermatitis is clearing up.
We know it is still early days yet, but so far he is very pleased with the results.  :-*

So so glad I have my thermies to help me through this change in my day-to-day cooking.  :-* :-* :-*
