Hally I use tapatalk as well.
Judy I used Chookie's no fuss rolls. The bread in the cloche has a slightly different taste. Probably because it is completely enclosed. I will cook it a little longer next time to see if I can brown it a bit more.
Chookie that dough has me interested.

Cookie the buns are delicious. I have had to adapt and change the recipe quite a lot to get it to work.  The original is from Woks of life blog, and is American.  I have the dough right and will post. It is the sort of recipe where you can add a little filling of your choice. Today I added cinnamon and sultanas, apple cinnamon and cranberries and Cumquat jam,  just to see what it would be like.
I got better with the folding as I went but kept calling for Kimmyh with her fantastic skills.
The recipe made 13 huge buns so would make 1/2 the next time and make this into 9.
I will post a photo of the pathetic formed ones. A couple are missing.  We don't feel like Dinner now. , !

The buns look lovely Chookie, I'm trying to find some motivation to do some cooking. Thought looking on here might inspire me.

All this wonderful cooking and all I made is two loaves of light wholemeal bread. Those buns look so good Chookie and Kimmyh your Anzacs look nice and crunchy; mine seam to be a bit more cakey these days and I don't know what I am doing wrong. I like them crumchy.

Made 2 new recipes today, one very easy and delicious, the other tastes nice but a fiddle to make.  I kept yelling for Kimmyh.  She would have found the folding of the dough a breeze.

That is perfection!  Seriously Chookie, just superb.  Looking forward to seeing the recipe.  :)

Ha ha, your  first photo fooled me Chookie.  I thought it was 1 big one!  They're just gorgeous and I wonder how they would go with a thick custard in them?

All the cooking looks wonderful. Will have to get motivated again now the power is back on. Where better to come for inspiration than here.

They look so pretty chookie and very difficult to make. Way out of my league.
Hally I use Tapatalk on the iPad too with no problems.
How do you feel after the retreat wonder?
I've been making snappy's Anzacs for ages and they keep getting soft too troupie. This year I read in the coles magazine that the secret to crunch is the brown sugar to castor sugar ratio. So I converted the recipe in the article and am very please with them. I have posted the recipe here http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=16482.msg392232#new

With the Anzacs, to make them crunchy and to stay that way, I double bake them. Take from oven when cooked, let cool on rack then pop back in oven for about another 5 to 7 minutes.
Cookie, certainly check out that site but wait for my conversion.  I will try to do it tomorrow.  The cutting and twisting is the tricky part for me.

You all inspired me to do some cooking this afternoon, I made a batch of TRTLMT's. Apple crumble muffins, DH and I just had one for dessert and they are delicious. The rest are in the freezer, I forgot to take a photo. Then I made some chicken and mushroom pies, with some leftover chicken. Then DH and I made pitta bread pizzas for dinner.
