Here it is CP, not converted for the TMX though.  Perhaps it needs to be as I'm sure many will want to make this one after seeing Julie's lovely photo.

Lovely loaf Chookie, I don't know how you find the time or the energy to do everything you do.  You obviously now intend filling that ginormous freezer full of home grown veggies as well.

Don't seem to have as much energy as I used to have. Must be getting old. I am lucky in that Ral does the floors and ironing. Leaves me time to cook and garden. Also now the GC are older we don't spend as much time baby sitting.
Judy, you can talk. :o I couldn't keep up your constant pace.

I admire you too Chookie. My DH does the vacuuming and so entires the floor.  I'm like you, I would rather be cooking.
Judy, you are so busy visiting Geoff, your Mum and going out. Good on you.

Thermilover I love your DH's photography blog. Some very beautiful photographs there.

No cooking here today, apart from  dinner. I must do a cake soon as the last one has been eaten too.

Chookie, how did you do your overnight sourdough? The sourdough loaves I made last weekend took ages to prove and ended up quite heavy. I baked a Vienna loaf today and Dede's Choc crunch slice.

Yummy slice ES.
Chookie I've been using this recipe (it's very popular on facebook at the moment) for my rolls. I like it because it you mix, do a short 15min proove, then form into rolls and then do the long proove. Means I can get on with other things whilst it's rising, then a quick bake. http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/breads-rolls-recipes/jumbo-900g-white-bread/237916

ES, recipe in SD thread, but here it is.....
Into TMX bowl measure
400 g SD starter
500 g bakers flour
250 g warn water.
Knead for 4 minutes
Scrape into bread tin
Spray with water
Cover with plastic
Leave over night
Heat oven to 200/220
Bake turning 1/2 way through , 20 mins each side and an extra 10 minutes . Test with thermometer 200 F
Have fun
