Just the basic meat, cheese,mayo/gravy etc, then add salad before serving. Either in the buns or in a separate container to be added at lunchtime.
Saves so much time in the mornings.

What a good idea Astarra.
Uni, nice to add porcini to stock. Will try next time.
Today made tomato Apple and Celery soup. I first made this recipe for Drover Jess. It is very nice.
Made 20 small Wholegrain rolls and a loaf of Worlds Best Diet Loaf of bread. The rolls are small but very filling and freeze well. Will post recipe.
Making Cheese and Veggie omelette for Dinner with garden salad.

Yum! I've been MIA working full time has curbed my internet time. I did make sushi for the kids this morning and curried sausages for dinner.
