Kimmy, what is TRTLMT please.  I've been trying to fathom it out.  ;D

Julie it's a tmx blog. The Road To Loving My Thermomix. There are some nice recipes there.

After having lunch with a friend I came home and made a batch of dog biscuits to put under the tree for the GD dogs just for the fun of it.  Then made some apricot and almond balls for my hampers.  Will add aphoto and recipe later.

I am really loving the trtlmt fluffy vanilla pikelets, but I haven't really made much else from there I don't think.
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

Me 3.

I use Katie's recipe for dog biscuits - my Harry loved them and my very fussy next door neighbour's maltese terrier loves them too. Can't find the link but no doubt Judy, Cookie or CC will know exactly where to look.

Is this the dog biscuit recipe?
http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=15337.msg389532#msg389532 or this one from NayNay

We saw this on ABC kids Creature Features. I think it is just a 'sometimes' treat.  ;)
INGREDIENTS:
1. 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2. 1/2 cup powdered milk
3. 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 1 Whole Egg
6. 225 grams Peanut Butter (1 jar)
7. 1/2 cup cold water
8. BOWL
9. Oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius

1. Mix above ingredients together, Speed 5 for 20-30 seconds.  :: Knead for 3 minutes. Dough should form a ball.

2. Roll to 1/2 inch thick and cut into doggie bone shapes and any other shapes you desire.

3. Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 20 -30 minutes at 250 degrees until golden brown.

4. Give to your favourite pooch in moderation as a treat

I made this Rye Soda Bread from Jamie Oliver's new book on Superfoods, so quick, so easy. No yeast and no proving.DH & I both loved it, very filling indeed.

That looks nice Katj, I have that book so I'll check out the recipe.

I've made 2 loaves of bread, we had some for lunch and the rest I've sliced and placed in the freezer.
I also made pizza sauce, a Swedish ice-cream cheesecake and custard ready to churn into ice-cream tomorrow. Also planning on making red & green shortbread dough and freezing it to bake late, then tuna pasta for dinner.

Lovely breads Katj and Katie. I lazing in my recliner rocker at the moment. Not inclined to cook at all.

Beautiful breads ladies.
Today I made Teninas pistachio and cranberry shortbread, these have been on my todo list for 12 months! Feel I have achieved something.
