I keep looking at that cake tin. It is so very tempting.

I bet it was delicious Cornish doing that.   :D

Thanks again girls.  I don't think anyone would be unhappy with the tin either, so well made.  :)

Julie, that cake looks just sooo beautiful, feel like grabbing it from the photo and having a taste ;)
Really love your photography skills and how appetizing you are able to portray the food :)

CC, your soup looks delicious and perfect for the weather, I have never tried roasting vegetable for a soup, will have to try it this winter!

A nice bowl of homemade tomato soup on a cold day is right up my alley Denise.  Great idea to roast the tomatoes for extra flavour, the same applies to pumpkin soup too.

I love the AF for roasting bits and pieces. I used it yesterday to roast some tiny tomatoes with garlic and chilli on. So easy.

It's a great loaf. Cookie, I cooked it in the dreampot, following the instructions for banana bread. Perfect for hot days, no oven.  :D

Clever thinking Mich.

Next time I make it I will reduce the sugar as we found it very sweet. I also soaked the fruit in hot tea until it cooled and then made it.
