I'd love some of that rhubarb tart with my dinner tonight. It looks perfect.

No cooking done here today apart from making Mango fruity dream. We are eating out of the freezer tonight, trying to empty it out before we move towards the end of March.
Chookie you qui nori recipe does look interesting, as does the tart, very yummy!

Had the Rhubarb tart for morning tea.  Will be making this again so had better post the recipe. Has a very French feel about it.
Made a Rye, Quinori, and malt loaf.

Nice cooking chookie.

I have some rhubarb in the fridge at the moment that I must cook up along with a bag of apples.

I am cooking up a batch of tomato relish at the moment.  Our tomato bushes are starting to get out of hand so thought I had better do something with them.

Edited.  1.5kg tomatoes turned into 4 jars of tomato relish.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Well done Mab.
The Rhubarb tart had an Almond base that had green ginger added to it.  Seemed to compliment the Rhubarb.
I bought some lamb cutlets and brushed them with a mixture of olive oil and caramelised balsamic. Delicious.

Astarra, that's so nice that your daughter was given the cookie cutter set, and just as lovely that you took the time to make her play dough when you got home.
My two eldest GK's love garage sales and op shopping, especially the oldest one (5). If you ask him what he wants to do he usually says, go to op shops. He usually comes out with a pile of books.
