We had about a third of the pull apart yesterday, and it was wonderful. I purposely kept some for today, in a bread bag. It has kept it quite nice and soft, but it's certainly not quite as magnficent as it was fresh.

I also made some more chicken stock paste this evening as I'd run out. I bought some chicken the other night and kept the leftovers for it, but was too busy to make the stock last night so made sure I did it today before the opportunity was lost.

I made some Sour Cream and Chive biscuits, Nectarine Jam and Mango and Passionfruit jam.
I used Bron's Apricot jam as the basis for the Nectarine jam. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2439.0

I will post the recipes for the others.

The crackers sound nice cookie and you obviously eat jam in your house fairly quickly as you don't put the year on it LOL.

No, it will be completely gone by this time next year. DD has some on her toast and I have some on a slice of bread at lunchtime. DH is an intermittent jam eater, he loves his peanut butter.

We eat a lot of jam, I love making it now. I haven't perfected my checking for setting, but it's lovely to have homemade jam always available.

Nice biscuits and jam Cookie.  I love making jams and sauces etc.  Most of mine is given away to the family.

Sarah your pull apart looks great.

Great cooking everyone,
Sarah what recipe did you use for your pull apart. ?   Certainly looks great.
Judy, I must make some of those cheese crackers, they look very tasty.
To refresh bread, a quick dip under the tap and then into a hot oven for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on size.
Today have made Pumpkin soup for family to take home.
Made Awesome cheese sauce to top a pasta bake which was made up of leftovers. GD Claire is cooking Fried Rice for lunch.  I cooked the rice in the TMX.
I also have a freezer with drawers. I have labels on each drawer indicating what they contain. I try to label all containers. Sometimes forget. Last night took out what I thought was chicken breast but was stewed peaches.
