Well done Cookie. What biscuits were they. .?
The Anzacs I made were lovely but Ral likes his soft and I like mine crisp, so 1/2 went back into the oven to dry out.  They have to be kept in different tins.
Might make some cheese scones today. Depends how long the power is off with the electrician here.

I made a chocolate cake today and put it into a silicon pan that I got from one of our cooking classes. I'm very pleased with the way it turned out. I have some SD bread in the fridge for an overnight rise. It was so cool today that I would have been up too late to wait for it.

Nice lines to follow for cutting cookie, I've not seen one of those silicon pans before.

Love the shape too Cookie.  Reminds me of a bread tin we all bought on here at one time.  :)

Interesting tin Cookie.
Have a loaf of 1 minute bread rising over night.
11 for lunch on Mother's Day so need to start getting ready as we will be away and not here at Invermay until Sat afternoon. Will make bread for garlic bread today and a pav.

Can you make a pavlova that far in advance Chookie, will you keep it in the fridge unfilled until Sunday?

Nice choclate cake Cookie, I like the shape of the tin.

I had a loaf of bread on its second rise yesterday when DS rang and asked us out there for lunch.  I had to take the bread with me and finish it at his house.  Less than half a loaf came home. :D :D

That's funny Margaret!
I still make a pipe loaf sometimes Julie. I really like them. In fact I think I will do one today if I get the chance.

Judy, the Pav should be OK. Incase it's not , have made a sticky date pud.  That will be ok. Made Helenes 1 minute overnight loaf. 12 scones, Nay Nays recipe , and making the bread sticks for garlic bread.
Might also make a pipe loaf.  Love the size and shape.
