I made some lactose free yoghurt - well actually made it yesterday and let it incubate over night - woke up to delicious creamy yoghurt this morning! i am really pleased with the result, and all 4 girls said it was yum  ;D ;D

Which recipe did you use please Astarra?
I'm looking @ the coconut yoghurt for my girl atm on RC (I love it, but she doesn't)

I would love this one as well, Astarra, if you get a chance to post it.  I tried (commercially made) coconut yoghurt once and didn't like it at all.

Between tending chooks, planting garlic and weeding, I cooked this SD loaf. Most of my bread tins are at Invermay . Mixed roughly by hand and baked in rather strange ' bread tin'.

3 cups bread flour, 2 cups SD starter, 2 cups water.   Mixed with spoon and used 1 minute bread method.

Maddy that looks very Katherine Sabbath style. Gorgeous.

I used this recipe, it is wonderfully thick and creamy. miss 6 has taken some to school today with some of my homemade raspberry sauce swirled through it!!!

Although I thought it a funny loaf, it tasted great.
Trudys lemon muffins for morning tea and roast pork for lunch.
Yesterday I made Mayo and used it in a salad of veggies from the garden with a tin of beans added.

Not feeling the best with a light cold, I've made a big pot of a soup from Inspiralizer, called; Chicken & carrot noodle soup.  So simple and yet tastes really good and exactly what I felt like.  This will keep me happy for a couple of days.  :)

Today I made or finished off several desserts for our Probus birthday party tomorrow, only thing left to do is cream and decorate the pavlova. A photo of that will follow once it's done early tomorrow morning.  In the meantime here's what I have to load into the car tomorrow along with everything needed to make the party a success.  I picked up the birthday cake this afternoon from Costco, just $25.99.
