Nothing yet, probably some soup for dinner to go with smoked salmon fettuccine.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Didn't get to make the popovers. Tomorrow? I hope.
But did make 14 jars of Citrus Marmalade. Has Cumquats, Mandarines, 1 orange and a couple of Lemons in it.

What a massive effort Chookie, that quantity would last me for many years but I know you give a lot away.

Yes Judy, most of the Marmalade  will be given away.
CC, we love Quiche Lorraine. It is a true classic.

Making beef in Stout from UK Chip.  This is the 3 rd time I have made it. Will have it with mashed cauliflower.
Made a loaf of bread containing Laucke grain mix, Rye flour and Teff. Teff is the smallest grain in the world. It is high in fibre, low in fat. 1 single grain of wheat weighs the same as 150 Teff grains.
Also making beetroot powder/ flakes. Pulped in TMX and dried in dehydrator.  Then ground again in TMX into powder. 1 teaspoon equals 1 medium size beetroot.

Didn't rise much, due to the proportion of Teff and Rye flour.
