Your neighbour might pop in more often now Chookie LOL.
Don't mind if they do, Judy. Although I think the fresh eggs might be a greater attraction.

Thanks for the drink recipe Chookie.

I've been trying drinking apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water before meals to try and ease my reflux problems.  Also been eting ginger as well as I reaad that it was good too.  I wish I could find sosmething that would help.

Love the taste of this but 2 desert spoons in a glass of warm water much too strong for me.  Think maybe 1 teaspoon and work up.
Mab, it the reflux can't be controlled it can cause problems. You need to se a Dr about this.
Today I made a wholemeal, grain loaf.  Cooked some home grown eggs in TMX and added come home grown lettuce.

Two more casseroles today.  Some for the freezer and some for DS 2.  He works long hours and doesn't eat properly so I've been making a few small casseroles for him.

I started some No Fuss Bread when we got home. I'm about to put it in the oven now. I used about 100g of rye flour in this loaf.
I was pleased with the flavour in this loaf. I managed to quickly grab a photo before DH put it in the freezer. I may have had a thin slice too!

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
