That's a lot of fish to deal with Robyn, has it been frozen?  If not, could you egg and breadcrumb thick slices (as in fish fingers) and freeze them.  What about a Thai curry?  I've never eaten that type of fish but would it be suitable for a potato topped fish pie with some prawns?

It smokes beautifully Robyn, if you have access to a smoker. Or your DH could make one quickly. All you need is a bigish pot, a cake stand and some sawdust or wood chips.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Or a BBQ. with lid with a smoke box inside.

I made an overnight SD and was very pleased with the result. For once I managed to turn it out of the bread basket.

Beautiful looking loaf Cookie. So professional.
Family coming for Afternoon Tea. Think I will make Trudys Lemon muffins and Nay Nay Scones. Also saw a lovely recipe for an Apple cake. May make this for them to take home.
Stir fry chicken and veggies for lunch.

What a great loaf cookie, very professional looking.

I've made a tuna & veg mornay, didn't really need to as I have so many meals still in the freezer (having one tonight so the tuna will have to wait until tomorrow night) but I was browsing a recipe site and just fancied a tuna mornay.  A lot of my cooking these days is something I see somewhere and if I have the ingredients I just make it regardless of whether I need it or not.  I've just tidied up my big freezer and made a new inventory - I can still live out of it for 3 months with ready made meals or ingredients to make more.
