Cookie I have made a variety of Christmas cakes over the years. Mainly from WW books. Their Celebration cake is lovely, also their Melt n Mix fruit cake and one of my favourites is the Irish Fruit Cake, where you soak the fruit for 3+ weeks. I guess it is a little late for that one now.
Another favourite of mine is a recipe I received from the ABC many moons ago. It has no added sugar but is full of fruit. If anyone wants any of these recipes I am happy to let you have them.

This year I think I will make a Pumpkin fruit cake from Taste.com.au. It is quite rich and has no added sweetener. I love fruit cake very much!

CC and Cookie thanks for the Xmas Cake suggestions.
Made 4 large jars of Chilli jam for Xmas presents .
The white bread that I made in the Dutch oven is a bit characterless. The grain one was better. Will try the rye next.

Fridge leftover patties.
Had some parsnips, carrots, chickpeas (from experimenting with aquafaba), leek and half a tube of thai herbs. Took 4 to mum, had 2 for my lunch and DH ate the other 8 for his lunch. Sorry the photo is blurry.

Everyone's cooking looks fabulous. Chookie I made Xmas cake as gifts this week using my boiled fruitcake recipe. One batch made two generous 20cm cakes. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=16491.0

Speaking of cakes. Friends birthday tomorrow thought I'd spoil her with a carrot caramel drip cake.
