Is it like Pecks devilled spread Chookie?
Judy, This is what I have been trying to make. I spent a couple of hours researching recipes. This one is simple and all made in TMX. Ham, Mayo, French mustard and horse radish and sherry. I hope it will freeze.
Also have a small chicken that I want to experiment with cooking on the grill on the stove. Recipe tin eats has a nice marinade that I might try.
Also have now harvested all the garlic and will try and find time to peel and process in TMX, place in small bags and freeze. 40 bulbs should last the year.

Recipe sounds interesting Chookie. Wow that's a lot of garlic.

Did the same amount last year, and apart from some that I gave away, used most of it.
Last night cooked mashed potatoes in TMX and while they were steaming in the basket I placed the Varoma on top  lined with foil and placed home grown cabbage on this to steam. Good all done at once.
Making a seed SD overnight loaf today. DD is getting the Olive loaf, minus 2 slices. LOL.

You are always so busy Chookie.
No cooking but it is a rainy day today so in between games of uno and yatzee I prepped dinner for tomorrow night as we will be home.
Having Thai chicken stir fry, so the chicken and vegies are chopped and all I have to do is make the sauce.

Another thing I've been doing is meal planning. I have become quite dismal at it over the last six months. I think it was because I had failure after failure for about 12 months. Will get Cookies meal planner out that I have used since I first joined the forum in 2010 months before I had a thermomix.
For me it is the best meal planner I've come across.

It's Cookie's meal planner so if she wants to? I think there would be many grateful, happy meal planners.  ;D

That's lovely of you to say Mich. I still use the same one.
Robyn, if you or anyone else wants a copy I can send it to them but it will need to be to your normal email, as I will send it as an attachment.

I made another Yoke Mardewi SD loaf today. This one was rye with chia.

Yes, please, Cookie.  I think you have my email address, but let me know if you need it.

Thanks.

Started on the garlic last night. Will do it while watching TV. Long slow process peeling it.

I would rather you than me peeling that quantity - like everything, though, its worth it in the long run.

I have used the Thermomix to peel a large quantity of garlic. It was fresh home grown but the method worked really well!

Cookie, could I please have a copy of your meal planner too.  I am always so disorganized when it comes to meal time.
