I did manage to get in the kitchen to make an olive dip from the Mezze book I bought. It was very nice. I thought I had bought pipped olives but I hadn't , so I had to pip 350g of olives before I could start.
Thank you TMX. All the roasted and steamed veggies leftover from lunch, made into soup with chicken stock. Delicious. Cottage pie from leftover lamb and gravy and mashed potato.
