I also made a slice. It is mainly rolled oats with almonds, sesame seeds, honey and butter. Also chocolate. It was very easy to make and if it passes muster with the family I will post the recipe.

Apparently the slice tastes ok but it is very crumbly so I wont post the recipe. It probably needs an egg or two to stick it together.

I cooked heaps on the long weekend because everyone was home. Sadly there is nothing left of the double batches of No fuss rolls, Bible bread, weetbix slice, oat crunch biscuits, tuna burgers, chicken casserole...the list goes on. So I'm here looking for inspiration :)

Made tuna patties for dinner tonight as per request from DS.  Steamed some mixed veg and made a cheese sauce to go over them.

Judy, I think the salt in the olives retarded the rising and it was a pretty big loaf. It also has been pretty cool here.
GC return to school tomorrow so cooking sausage rolls and falafel for after school snacks. I hide lots of veggies in the sausage rolls. I always cook a little of the mince mixture prior to making the rolls to check the taste.

Chookie your bread will have a delicious flavour with the slow rise.

I made some wholemeal rolls  from Foodiful the other day. I didn't follow the recipe too exactly as I ran out of several types of flour as I went, so added in what I had! They were very heavy (as I think they were meant to be) and the taste was wonderful. DH doesn't rave about heavy bread but DD and I enjoyed them. I will it another go as a loaf.

I've made some Vanilla Icecream in Alyce's moulds. I had a tiny taste and it seemed lovely. I will post a picture of them when they are frozen.
I also have some Classic bread rising at the moment.

Yes Cookie the SD olive loaf had a fantastic flavour and perfect texture. Will certainly make another one.
Your rolls look so good.
Baked a Malt and grain loaf, into a cold oven. Also yo yo biscuits.
Also Risotto cakes dipped in Panko crumbs with added KFC spice for added flavour.
Nearly forgot, Rhubarb and apple free form tart.
