Hi Uni. How are you? What’s cooking?
Mab, beautiful looking Jam.
Obbie, SD loves the warmth and water. Don’t let the sun get on it. Have fun.

I have never made this sauce. I have a bottle that must be 10 years old. How do you use it?
So far today I have made eggplant dip, hummus, grain base for Cypriot grain salad will combine tomorrow with roasted nuts and parsley from garden.
Cooking Pork, Italian style with Fennel. Garlic, rosemary and oregano paste. Had it some time ago at a market in Florence. Served in a fresh roll, devine.

Hi Uni. You seem to be cooking for a feast there.
Yesterday I made some Classic bread and had a heap of starter left over. I knew if I made crumpets I would eat them so I made a white SD loaf from Yoke's book. Even though it was hot it took all day to rise. Its very tasty. It has semolina flour in it. (about 100g)

Chookie, I use it in any recipe that asks for worcestershire sauce, like casseroles and soups. My boys like it on steak, chops etc.

I also only use it if a recipe specifies it but men seem to like it on anything. I’ve made a few batches over the years and given them away (a bottle would last me years), put them on the trading table, in hampers or just given them to people who have received a bottle and need another one.

I use Worcestershire sauce to give depth in taste to stews, casseroles, soups, etc. I think it would be a good addition to meals containing mince as well ... not that I know much about cooking mince!
