While I was doing the taste test for the crumpets, the cafe where we were having breakfast made Ral this lovely coffee.

I had a little bit of goat’s cheese in the fridge so I found a recipe of Tenina’s that was Pumpkin soup with goat’s cheese. It was quite nice. I also made a SD loaf that had rye flour in it and sat in the fridge overnight. https://tenina.com/recipes/bacon-pumpkin-and-goats-cheese-soup

Cookie, that loaf looks perfect. What proportion of rye to SD starter did you use.?   Was the starter SD?

Today we made the best SD Hot X Buns. Recipe as posted on Forum but baked 10 minutes covered, then 15 minutes with cover off. We priced them as they were 30 cents each !!
Now testing new SD crumpet recipe.
