Made No Time Bread, but replaced 100gs of flour with Teff seeds, sun flower seeds and sesame seeds. A very forgiving bread.
Cookie, this bread was nice both fresh and toasted. Made these with the Pizzelle machine. They are split and filled with a caramel filling. At the market this morning a stall holder gave me some tips on making them.
