I've been to have my hair cut this morning but this afternoon I hope to make some of Chookie's cold oven Chia bread. I may have to make some more biscuits as DH has been out visiting and has taken biscuits with him each time.

Made No Time Bread, but replaced 100gs of flour with Teff seeds, sun flower seeds and sesame seeds. A very forgiving bread.

The pizelle machine sent me running to Mr google Chookie, it looks interesting and I can’t wait to see what you made.

Cookie, this bread was nice both fresh and toasted.
Made these with the Pizzelle machine.  They are split and filled with a caramel filling.
At the market this morning a stall holder gave me some tips on making them.

Sounds delicious 😋

I’ve made a loaf of bread, granola and meatballs in tomato sauce.

Alison jones, that sponge sounds lovely.
I have 1/2 a small roast chicken so will make an Asian salad for lunch and have Lamb rump slices which I will crumb for Dinner.
I will make mashed potato for Dinner and will save the skins of the organic potatoes to try in a new bread recipe.

Didn’t eat all the crumbed lamb rump or the mashed potatoes from last night.   Will have them tonight.
Made chicken vegetable soup.
The 800 calorie diet was good but a bit too drastic for us.   We both lost weight and have kept most off. We are going back to the new version of the 5.2.  2 days of 800 calories.
