The yoghurt is lovely. It is very firm, just how I like it. I'm not too sure how healthy it is as I used full cream milk and it has about 50g cream in it. I don't like low fat yoghurts at all. I topped it with less than a teaspoon of maple syrup when I ate it. This gave it a tiny bit of sweetness and was lovely.
I made some baps today. It is a SBS recipe and even though mine are weird sizes I'm pleased with them. The dough is very bubbly and they are extremely soft. I needed some rolls to have with soup for Thursdays dinner as we will be out all day.

Thanks, Cookie.  Interesting recipe.
Our gardener came today. I showed her how to make SD bread.  She is now making amazing SD loaves.  Much better than mine.
Made second lot of Celery soup. DD gave me 1/2 of a very large bunch of organic Celery. Recipe posted.

We are meeting a few people in Rockingham on Thursday with the old cars. It will be between showers. DH requested Cornish pasties for lunch. I managed to grab a photo before the last of the spare ones was eaten.

Great baking cookie.  Mum used to make lovely pasties.
So did my mum.  Mine are nearly as good.  She used skirt steak.
Yes Judy, that is the recipe.  Thanks for doing the link.  It is lovely and the TMX does such a great job.  You would think it had cream in it.
No cooking today.
