Made Nagi’s Zucchini Pasta recipe https://www.recipetineats.com/pasta-with-creamy-zucchini-sauce/ and it wasn’t as nice as I expected it to be (that’s just my tastebuds though, I’m sure it is delicious). Silly me made the whole recipe which is a huge amount of food for one person so I’ve bagged it up and frozen it in 20 small packets as I intend using it up by adding it to Continental Chicken Noodle Soup which would be a nice warmer weather soup.
