Maddy I can't say how much I love your photos. You and JulieO do the best food pornography photos I've seen they are worthy of any cookbook.

how about a laugh.   today we made 4 dozen Hot X Buns, 5 Rustic  loaves ,24 bread rolls, all shapes and sizes, 1 pipe loaf and 2 bread sticks.  We ate 10 cinnamon rolls, 6 coffee scrolls filled with  Xmas mince,2 quiches, 1 roll filled with garlic and cheese, 1 large green salad.  12 small rolls filled with Judy's curry mince, ( very popular)  and Macadamia and Honey tart.  then Rara's Cherry bites with Coffee. there were 10 of us.   I had a bread making class for new TMX Consultants.  organized by the lovely Anita,  my consultant.  it was very hands on.  we had 4 machines going and a great deal of fun.  I will post a photo when I get my computer back.  it's a bit sick !!!  I am typing this on my iPad so please excuse any mistakes.

Nice foccacia maddy.

Jo, you and Chookie would make a good team - touring Australia showing people you specialty skills.

Good one Chookie, you almost ate as much as you all cooked - what a big day. Are the girls all forum users, if not I guess they will be now  ;D ;D  You are a trooper indeed to take on so much  :-* :-*
