ha ha JD I needed some inspiration today so I copied you as this was a recipe I have been wanting to try for ages. To describe it easily, I would say it was a sweet and sour recipe. Not sure if I should have used sweet chilli sauce or a plain chilli sauce - what did you use? I took a quick photo and was laughing while I did it, as I am not what you would call a Food Stylist  ;D

I used a sweet chilli sauce CP.  I've made it just once before but completely forgot what it tasted like - I had given it lots of ticks though so knew it was a good one, even better the next day.

Wow! Where did you get those CP63? You have probably mentioned it before and I didn't see.

Me too CP - we had the leftovers for lunch today, yum.  If we had had younger guests to lunch yesterday they would have gone back for seconds but people our age don't  ;) ;)

Today was my sisters birthday and she loves frogs so I decided to make a frog cake, I'm no cake decorator but it turned out pretty good. I used the Bimby chocolate cake (Perfect amount for a slab cake) then made some butter icing to decorate. My sister loved it and it tasted beautiful.
P.s my sister turned 29 (Never to old for a frog birthday cake)

I agree Judy 100%. I really enjoyed making it and I had 5 little people watching my every move, The kids were so excited to take the cake around to my sisters place for afternoon tea.
