this morning the kids requested pancakes and syrup for breakie - but i had no more gluten free flour left, so i had to make that (4 batches lol) but to make that i needed cornflour (from corn) and had none of that left either so had to grind up a kilo of polenta first LOLit's taken a while to get these pancakes made!!

The older versions of the Aussie Everyday Cookbook didn't have enough oil. I think from memory (with out checking cos I'm lazy) said 20g of olive, however I had been told to increase this to 40g.
