Well today for the first time since owning my TM I went to the supermarket after dropping DS to the football to buy the family some snack stuff for their lunches/work. OMG it cost me a fortune and I bet it wont last them the week.
The only reason I brought them was that I just don't think I could of stayed on my feet for to long without fainting today. Hopefully I will be feeling better soon so I can whip a few things up during the week.

DH wanted it to make a marinade for goat
OMG what I would do for some goat. Find it really hard to find now that we don't live out west. Honestly I would walk past lamb or mutton for another 10km just to get to the goat.

Dede hope your feeling better soon.

Makes you appreciate the TMX even more Mandi when that happens.

Today I had Chookie & her DH to lunch, roasted some Pork belly/lots of vegies/Yorkshire puddings from the freezer, Chookies bread rolls (from the freezer), farfallina's chocolate souffle (freezer) and salted maple syrup ice-cream (obviously from the freezer too.) Thank goodness for freezers.

Thanks everyone, I'm feeling pretty yucky at the moment (But night time is always worse) But the good news is my DS's football team won their game and they are now in the Grand final for under 16s. They will have a week off then have there big Grand Final at Aurora Stadium (Same place the AFL play when in Tassie). Cant wait.

At least using these out the freezer Judy you have more space to add new things. ;D

Not a lot of cooking for me today, only made a loaf of bread and boiled some eggs.

Neighbours have moved into the house behind us and they can't walk into their kitchen as it is being tiled, so they are coming over for a bite to eat. Pressure cooked Osso Bucco, and Classic Lemon Tart (again). Might make up those Indian Patties as I soaked the chickpeas yesterday, and just cook them and bung them in the freezer as per suggestion.

Slowly I think I am a little better than this time yesterday, so I think thats a plus. Hopefully I will be a little better tomorrow as I have heaps to do and I hate dragging a sick body around. I have been taking some day and night flu tablets and some energy booster multi vitamins which I think helps.
