I found par cooking the base meant that it didn't get soggy with the toppings. I also tend not to overload the cheese cause I think that tends to make pizzas soggy.

VieveMS - did you have a time set for kneading? I have a feeling (tho it could be wrong) that TM needs the timer going to knead.
