I used this wonderful recipe to use my mini loaf tins for the challenge today. This time I used 420g Malted Brown Strong Flour and 100g of Stoneground Wholemeal Strong Flour.Sprinkled half with poppy seeds and half with sesame seeds.Ate them tonight with soup.Delicious.

CC, these do look nice.  I think they may be baked in the same tin that I have.  Mine are not non stick. The cake release work quite well on them.

I couldn't resist making bread today seeing we have lovely warm weather. Its fantastic that it proved so quickly. My kitchen got a bit hot with the oven on but I had to cook a Quiche so it didn't matter.

Lovely CC. I plaited a loaf the other day and it was very, very long so I decided to be smart and twist it back on itself.  It tasted lovely but looked  all knotted and yuk. Not impressive as I had hoped.
I love this recipe and make it for our everyday bread with spelt, rye and a few seeds.

Cookie, if you plait a long loaf, just wind it around, like a spiral, not over the top. I sometimes make rolls by rolling a long sausage and wind this around my finger and pinch the tail under. The Center pops up.

I used this recipe to make some long thin rolls for dinner  tomorrow night. We are going for a drive to Busselton so wanted something quick and easy when we get home. It will be sausages, balsamic onions in the rolls.

I love this recipe. It is so easily adapted to your requirements. Today it is 3 long rolls and the rest went into the pipe tin. I also replaced some of the flour with rye flour.
