Just felt I should say thanks again for this recipe. I have been feeling so proud of my bread using this recipe as a base.( my family are fed up with me saying how clever I am). Today made 9 large rolls ,plain. And a loaf with pepitos,sunflower and sesame seeds in and on( it just looks lovely and tastes wonderful) If I knew how I would post a photo( mind, I think my family would think I was taking things too far). Bedlam, so pleased you like it. GD, 6 years old, made bread roll'grapes''. We put a little green food dye in with the egg wash for the leaves. You just pull a grape from the bunch to eat. Great fun for the kids.
