Baked beans and an egg on toast for me, haven't had time to scratch myself today.

I've had one of those days too Judy I have just sat down with a coffee to look on here.
We're having a sort of Thai Chilli Fish tonight with rice and veggies.

Johnro's macaroni beef using penne pasta from my new pasta machine (yep, I caved and love it). Won't post a photo as the top went a little too dark brown.

Well I hope you weren't too itchy!  ;D

Yay Kimmy, you will really enjoy your new machine I'm sure.  :D

Today I made a recipe from one of the WW Food mags, called 'spicy beef & noodles'.  Made udon noodles in my machine to add to it and the meal itself was cooked in a wok in only a few mins.  It was very tasty and made enough for about 6-8 serves  :o

LOL Julie.  I might buy the WW mag at the airport tomorrow - I always like to have something to read  on the plane, the trip seems to be ober much quicker.
