We ate Skinnymixers Massaman Curry tonight.I made it yesterday so the flavours could develop overnight. It is delicious.

Cc yours looks much darker than mine.  Tastes amazing, love the tamarind paste flavour.

Tuna mornay from budget busters book. Photo is not pretty but it tasted really good especially with homemade penne. Found room for a little Biscotten torte afterwards too!

I think anyone would find room for that lovely looking Biscotten Torte Kimmy.

We had a pasta dish with chicken, pesto, sundried tomatoes topped with Parmesan. It was ok, but that is all.
For dessert we had stewed apple with a Vanilla Custard Pie. It was very nice.

It was nice CC. I will post the recipe. It was unusual to have Custard Pie with stewed apple. Usually it is Apple Pie with custard. The pie is enormous so we will have it for a few days.

Your pasta looks delicious cookie. Shame you were disappointed. Maybe some tweaks needed.
We ate leftovers tonight.
