I've had one of those days too Judy I have just sat down with a coffee to look on here.
We're having a sort of Thai Chilli Fish tonight with rice and veggies.

Johnro's macaroni beef using penne pasta from my new pasta machine (yep, I caved
and love it). Won't post a photo as the top went a little too dark brown.

Yay Kimmy, you will really enjoy your new machine I'm sure.
Today I made a recipe from one of the WW Food mags, called 'spicy beef & noodles'. Made udon noodles in my machine to add to it and the meal itself was cooked in a wok in only a few mins. It was very tasty and made enough for about 6-8 serves

LOL Julie. I might buy the WW mag at the airport tomorrow - I always like to have something to read on the plane, the trip seems to be ober much quicker.

We had a Beef Stir Fry tonight. All done in the thermomix. Rice as well

Skinnymixers Massaman Curry
tonight.I made it yesterday so the flavours could develop overnight.It is delicious.
