Garlic Prawns with pasta using skinnymixers garlic sauce recipe and leftover prawns from yesterdays Easter lunch. Had to make two serves of the garlic sauce as wasn't enough for four serves and added a touch of chili to hubbys

It does look lovely ozzie mum, it doesn't make much sauce.  I wondered if it is only 1 serve when I made it.

We had bbq steak with mixed vegs last night.  Not the best piece of steak I've ever had.

Tonight will be a small lamb roast.

Back to boring at our house.  Left the diet behind over Easter.  Not LCHF, pumpkin soup tonight.

I made a Lamb and Rosemary Pie. I didn't take a photo of it as I didn't think it would be very nice. However it was lovely, despite not having lots of herbs etc in it.

Made an Apple Crumble using crumble I had frozen. Added no sugar to the Apples, instead stirred through some sultanas.  The Apples were from our trees and today I am going to dry some and use the trimmings with Quinces to make Quince jelly.

Astarra that really sounds nice. I think we may have that tomorrow night. It all seems to go well together. I have to go out for an hour or so near dinner time today or it would be tonight's dinner. Thanks for the inspiration.
