A regular occurrence in my freezer Mab, it's always entertaining to find out what I cooked haha.
I'm home alone so single serve pizza night. I keep a stash of pre made bases in the freezer along with all the fixings

Mab, know the feeling. Thought I had taken out makings for sausage rolls but was spag Bol sauce when it defrosted. This is what we had for dinner.

He's a keeper robyn
We had CP's honey chicken stir fry noodles. I made the noodles myself. The sauce is really delicious.

That looks lovely Kimmy. It's wonderful when you can make your own noodles.
We had Madras Curry from Tenina's class the other day. It includes Tenina's Lansdale Curry Powder that I made first. We had it with Naan bread and rice. It was very tasty.

We had a sweet curry made in the SC. Used a recipe from my new book.

Mab that happens to me also (labels falling off in the freezer) and sometimes it really is pot luck. DH tells me his dad used to get cheap tins of jam because the label had fallen off and he will not eat Myra plum jam to this day or quince for that matter because that was all he seemed to get. This is way back in the olden days of course; shhhh don't tell him I said that.

Kristy that is a good idea; I make pizza base and keep in freezer but hadn't thought of the filling as well and I am having GK this week and they love pizza.
Kimmyh your noodles look devine; must try that one. I wish I had gone to that class Cookie; the recipes sound so tasty.

I made Shakshuka, it was the featured recipe on the Community today. It looked just like the picture, very tasty indeed, will be making again.

Last night we had another recipe from Tenina's class. It was Paneer with Spinach, and Chickpea Korma. DH wasn't very fond of it but DD and I loved it. I made the Paneer on the Saturday.

Looks delicious Cookie.
DH has been after a roast chicken dinner for ages and it just hasn't happened until last night. First night back from NZ so thought I would make his favourites roast chicken and vegies and sticky date pudding with custard for dessert.

There is nothing that says home like a roast dinner. Yours looks yummy mich.
We had Guinness stew with naan bread (fushion food or confusion not sure but tasted good together) last night and leftovers tonight.
