CC's Pasta broccoli and salmon bake from  BBC food - pic is nothing compared to the quality of our food pic pro Julie, but it tasted  delicious.  I added extra sundried tomatoes + 3 cloves garlic.  Did the sauce in Thermie and pasta on stove top - thanks for the link Denise and Julie your great pic which almost captured the taste.

I made Tenina's spicy prawn cakes and a mango, chilli and lime aoili from the latest Coles magazine. Wow what a comba. Both tasted great but together they were awesome. Salad on the side.

From Tenina's dinner spinner, five spice sweet and sour meatballs, next time I wont add the meatballs to the sauce, they broke up and we had a bit of a mush, it tasted nice. Followed by Poh's Cheddar crusted apple pie I cheated and used bought pastry. We love the crunch of the apple, not being stewed.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

To use up what was left of Johnro's Sticky Chicken, I made a big bowl of fried rice and added it to that.   :)

Hally sent me her lovely chicken marinade recipe and this is what we had for tea tonight, cooked in the weber.
Thanks Hally, it was delicious.
