Did either of you girls use the TMX for cooking the pasta and making the sauce for Italian broccoli & Salmon bake?
I make the sauce in the TM Judy but cook the pasta on the hob whilst the sauce is cooking. :)

Tonight I made Vietnamese Sauteed Beef and I absolutely loved it.  I halved the recipe so it was just for 2 and tweaked it a little, but the flavours were just right for what I was feeling like eating today.  :)

Yum!!! That looks awesome!!  We are having left over risotto (made in Tmx of course) turned into arancini . Made the gluten free whet free zucchini slice for lunch today. Tried to upload a photo but having minor technical difficulties! Lol

Last night we had farfallina's Sage Chicken.  It is beautiful and ever so easy to make.

I made Cornish Creams's Italian broccoli & salmon bake.  I used my own dried toms and also home made mascarpone.  Really enjoyed it, thanks Cornish for the link.  :)
