For the pasta, I used 70g spinach leaves to 300g flour. Make sure the leaves are dry then blitz with the flour first to create a lovely green flour. To this I then only add 2 large eggs and 3 tsp extra light olive oil to make the pasta. Today because it is so warm I found I needed to add a few drops of water for it to come together. If you would like the sauce recipe, please let me know, it's no trouble. Was very nice.

Spaghetti Bolognese from the EDC - a bit bland compared to what I'm used to, but my version takes over 2 hours to cook on the stovetop which did not appeal on a hot day! Texture & consistency was great, will just have to add a bit more flavour next time, maybe some stock paste?

I hear the Adelaide temps are extreme at present Judy - our family form Ayr are in your fair city for 10 days as their DD is in the cast of Chorus Line - FNQlders complaining of the heat

Oh Judy that is a bit too hot.... Poor you
In France our winter is incredibly mild... Only around 7 degrees on average and no snow in sight... I think this is the first Christmas where we have had no chance of snow
