For the pasta, I used 70g spinach leaves to 300g flour.  Make sure the leaves are dry then blitz with the flour first to create a lovely green flour.  To this I then only add 2 large eggs and 3 tsp extra light olive oil to make the pasta.  Today because it is so warm I found I needed to add a few drops of water for it to come together.  If you would like the sauce recipe, please let me know, it's no trouble.  Was very nice.  ;D

Spaghetti Bolognese from the EDC - a bit bland compared to what I'm used to, but my version takes over 2 hours to cook on the stovetop which did not appeal on a hot day! Texture & consistency was great, will just have to add a bit more flavour next time, maybe some stock paste?

Oh Judy that is a bit too hot.... Poor you  >:(

In France our winter is incredibly mild... Only around 7 degrees on average and no snow in sight... I think this is the first Christmas where we have had no chance of snow
