Fundj that pizza and dough looks great. We are struggling to get a pizza base that we like here, yours looks exactly like the one at our local wood fired shop and is exactly how we like ours. I guess just more practicing for me.

This is the one that I use. It comes out looking like Uni's and tastes great. I use the usual bread making flour and semolina. I give the semolina a quick mill at the start to make sure it's fine.

i made half of the pizzas and with the rest i just spread some tomato sauce on the base and parcooked them ready for a quick pizza when we are in a hurry...will freeze them..

Think it's the best out of all the ones that I have tried. Not really thin and crispy but not really doughy either. The edges puff a little but the middle is just the right amount of dough for me.

We have guests for dinner tonight and tomorrow for the 1st time since Thermie got here. I've just made lemon meringue pie from the EDC cookbook and will make the garlic prawns from the Thermomix site. Tomorrow I'll try the lasagne and the banana icecream. I want to serve the dessert nicely...perhaps in tall glasses with a coulis. Any suggestions? Thanks

About to make an impossible quiche to have with the leftover chicken and corn pies.

Montoya, tall glasses with coulis sounds lovely.

I'm going to try the Spicy Noodles with Chorizo from the Dinner Spinner app that my DD begrudgingly downloaded onto her iPod for me. (I had to pay for it!) Kinda fun that app!

I have a DD like that. Love her though.

We're having the Dinner Spinner Chicken with Vietnamese salad.
