I find lasagne very filling so I get heaps of meals for the freezer if I make one.
Tonight I used up a few more odds and ends and came up with this creation using bacon & passata from the freezer, long life fresh noodles that were in a showbag back in September and some of the leftover veggies from last night’s meal.
