Thank you both  looks great, have semi dried tomatoes, baby pinach, cheese, herbs etc

You roll it 1st, then  tie it,  roll it in some flour, fry it and add it to the nap sauce on the stove and cook for about 1hour

Pan Judy. Quickly browned in a little garlic oil with sliced spring onions and dried tarragon then some vermouth added, seasonings and then the lid put on to cook the chicken for 10 mins.  Rested the chicken while I added  chopped fresh tarragon and 3 tbs cream to the pan juices, heated that through, added bit more tarragon then spooned over the chicken.   :)

Julie......I was looking at this on the iPad app this afternoon......thinking I must make this, but I wasn't going out for chicken today.....looks delish.

I made cheeseburger pie with chips

Maddy I haven't seen the app, must go and find it. I downloaded the book Kitchen on my ipad thru amazon, its just like reading the book, you get the photos just the same.   :D

That looks lovely Maddy. I haven't made it yet so must give it a go.

WE had a Jamie vegie curry (with chick peas), rice and haloumi on sticks.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
