So do you just sit the meat in the sauce and bake in the oven?

You roll it 1st, then tie it, roll it in some flour, fry it and add it to the nap sauce on the stove and cook for about 1hour

Wow that looks gorgeous Julie. Makes me so hungry just looking at it. Just love your photos - you do such a great job that I can almost smell your cooking.

Pan Judy. Quickly browned in a little garlic oil with sliced spring onions and dried tarragon then some vermouth added, seasonings and then the lid put on to cook the chicken for 10 mins. Rested the chicken while I added chopped fresh tarragon and 3 tbs cream to the pan juices, heated that through, added bit more tarragon then spooned over the chicken.
Twitterpated - thankyou

Maddy I haven't seen the app, must go and find it. I downloaded the book Kitchen on my ipad thru amazon, its just like reading the book, you get the photos just the same.
Nice meal by the way

That looks lovely Maddy. I haven't made it yet so must give it a go.
WE had a Jamie vegie curry (with chick peas), rice and haloumi on sticks.
