Roast pork belly with apple sauce, mixed steamed veggies and duck fat roast potatoes. Mushroom gravy.  Cream puffs.  Reheated these in AF as they had softened.

A small rack of lamb with smashed potatoes, broccolini & carrots.  Some custard to put over the last of the date slice.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Last night we had pizza and tonight I have made a picnic loaf, so we will take some of that to the football.

We’re having Veal in Sherry with Potato Dumplings. They are both recipes I found during the clean out. I will post them if they are nice.

Last night a completely TMX main, all cooked at once.
Placed 2 salmon cutlets in oven proofed dish with sliced lemon underneath and fresh  dill In top. Also a generous squirt of a Chinese type sauce that I make up. Covered with glad wrap and placed in Varoma.  In top tray placed cut up chinese veg. Steamed the lot for 20 minutes.  Lovely light tasty meal.

It certainly sounds tasty Chookie. I wish DH enjoyed salmon.
Tonight we are having balsami marinated chicken, cooked, then spinach and cherry tomatoes added to it and cooked a little more. I will add some more veggies to it.

We are having soup for lunch every day.  Don’t know what I would do without the TMX.
Roast beef cooked BBQ, with home grown sprouts, carrots and sweet potatoes mash.  Horseradish sauce from garden.
